CRON Triggers
CRON triggers let you schedule agent tasks to run on a recurring schedule.
Schedule formats
**Simple interval** — Run every N minutes, hours, days, or weeks. Examples: "every day", "every 2 hours", "every Monday at 9am"
**Specific times** — Run at a particular time on particular days. Examples: "weekdays at 8am", "1st of every month at midnight"
**CRON expression** — Full 5-field UNIX cron syntax. 0 9 * * 1-5 means 9am Monday to Friday.
Minimum interval is 5 minutes. Times are interpreted in your account timezone.
Creating a CRON automation
1. Agent Studio then Automations then New Automation 2. Choose Scheduled as the trigger type 3. Describe what the agent should do 4. Set the schedule 5. Choose when to end: Never, on a date, or after N runs 6. Click Enable
Credit consumption
CRON runs consume credits for every AI action performed. A simple summarise-and-post task might cost 10-30 credits. You can set a per-run credit cap — the agent will stop and notify you if the cap is reached.
